Please note that this is subject to biohazard pricing increase if biohazards are encountered (animal or human feces, mold, flies and other invasive insects, rodents, fire hazards). If I discover any malfunctioning parts of your household, like faulty p-traps, broken fridge condenser lines, etc., I will inform you so you can contact the proper contractor services.
