Moving in or out of a space can be chaotic, and the last thing you want to worry about is cleaning. That's where I come in. My move-in/out cleaning service ensures that your apartment, condo, or house is spotless and ready for its new occupants. I only require that the space is empty, and I'll take care of the rest. Trust me to handle the cleaning so you can focus on your move. *note that time may vary depending on the size of the home; 8-9 hours is average. Subject to biohazard pricing increase if biohazards are encountered (animal droppings, mold, flies and other invasive insects, rodents, fire hazards). If I discover any malfunctioning parts of your household, like faulty p-traps, broken fridge condenser lines, etc., I will inform you so you can contact the proper contractor services.
